Memorial Day Weekend Yard Sale

Memorial Day Weekend, May 24, 25 and 26 - Starting at 7:00 a.m., 742 St. Johnsbury Road, Littleton. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life in the memory of Jay Girouard. We have a wide range of antique furniture, kitchen and general household items, clothes and unique specialty items. Stop by and check us out rain or shine.

Everything You Wanted to Know About Successful Window and Planter Boxes

Thursday, May 29 - 6:30 p.m., Community House Annex, Littleton. This Community Gardening Event is sponsored by the White Mountain and Riverside Granges. It will provide you with information about appropriate soils to use, location of your containers, watering habits, feeding, selection of both traditional and non-traditional plants and flowers and more. This free program will be about one-hour long. Everett Aldrich will involve the attendees in much of the practical portions of the program as we will be planting the window boxes at the Community House Annex. Attendees are welcome to bring their problem containers and questions for advice. Families and children are encouraged to attend, we will hold this program outside in the Annex parking lot; weather permitting.

The Fifth Annual Summer Fest will be June 18-22, 2008 in downtown Littleton. This year's event is Sponsored by the Littleton Civic Booster Club - Co-Sponsored by WMTK "The Notch" 106.3, and Time Warner Cable
